What's new in 1.0.5: - Fixed automatic SMS reminders not sending in the background. Expiry, dues, and payment-confirmation texts now go out from the relay phone even when the app is closed. - WhatsApp button now opens the subscriber's chat directly with the bill image already attached — no more sharing screen or searching for the contact. - Offline mode is more complete: Subscribers, Billing, Wasooli Reminders, and Recovery worklist now work offline with search and filters, and Subscriber Detail opens offline even if never viewed online before. - Creating a new subscriber and editing your own profile now save offline too, for every role, and sync automatically once you're back online. - Fixed a rare risk of a payment or bill being recorded twice when a save was retried after a slow connection. - Faster page loading across the app.

What's new in v1.0.4: - Cable TV billing: providers with Cable enabled can now bill Cable alongside Internet on the same invoice, with a clear split on the bill. - Fixed: Generate Bill could sometimes create duplicate bills if tapped again while a bill was being saved. Now it saves once and blocks duplicates for the same billing period. - File a Complaint: subscribers can now take a photo directly with the Camera, in addition to choosing one from the Gallery. - Fixed a bug where the app could keep showing "Update Available" even after the update was already installed.

What's new in 1.0.3: - Generate Bill and Collect Payment now let you charge a subscriber a custom package price higher than their catalog rate (e.g. a harder installation), with an option to save it as their new standing rate. - Standing discounts are now correctly applied by default everywhere a bill amount is shown or generated, and can be removed permanently with one tap. - Payment channel selection (Cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, NayaPay, Bank Transfer, Other) is now always available on Generate Bill, Collect Payment and Record Payment, even for providers who haven't set up their own payment methods yet. - Various billing screen consistency and calculation fixes.

Fixed: offline actions (payments, bills, records) now reliably sync to the server, even after a spotty connection. Added: clearer loading indicators so buttons never look frozen while saving. Various stability fixes across all roles.

What's New 🔔 Push notifications fixed — Recovery Officers, Installers, and Accountants will now actually receive a push the moment they're assigned a zone, installation, or complaint. This was silently broken platform-wide before. 🔔 Notification bell fixed — Recovery Officer and Accountant accounts now see full notification details when tapping the bell (previously always showed "No notifications" even with unread alerts). 🌐 Offline search fixed — Searching for a subscriber while offline (e.g. Generate Bill, WhatsApp broadcast) now actually finds real matches instead of "No matches." 🐛 Black screen on startup fixed — the app could occasionally flash a blank black screen right after login or launch. Root cause found and resolved. ✏️ "Add User" fixed — was incorrectly opening the Subscriber form; now correctly opens Staff Management. ➕ New "Add Subscriber" shortcut added to the Dashboard. ⚡ Quick-actions menu expanded — the Dashboard's "+" button now also gives one-tap access to App Settings, Profile Settings, WhatsApp Templates, Payment Channels, Packages & Pricing, Recovery Panel, and Live Staff GPS Tracking. 🧹 Cleaner Dashboard — business info moved into the side menu to reduce clutter.
